Graduated in Audiovisual Communication. In 2012 he finished a master in Film Direction at the Barcelona Film School (ECIB). His short film, The Stereo Street (2013), has won as best short film at the Colombian Film Festival New York. Besides his short film Alma (2018), got the FDC and won as Best Queer Short in Sao Paulo Kinoforum, also, it’s been selected in more than 30 festivals around the world. He has worked also as assistant director in several short films including LEIDI (Palm d’Or) and Yover (Berlinale Generation 2018).In 2016 he co-founded Mudra Films in Medellín in where he works as a director and script writer. Currently writes Samurai, his first feature film.
